8 channels (8 Mpix), 2x SATA, H.265+

The IP recorder is designed to support up to 8 channels with a maximum resolution of 8 MP. It supports a bitrate of up to 80 Mb/s for input and 60 Mb/s for output and includes two SATA ports. The maximum capacity of each connected hard drive is 16 TB, allowing for a total storage of 32 TB when using two drives. The hard drive must be purchased separately, as it is not included in the package.

The NVR2008H-8MP utilizes H.265+ compression, which significantly reduces the size of recorded footage. When 8 cameras are connected, the recorder provides a bandwidth of 10 Mb/s per port, which is sufficient for 4K cameras.

Interfaces

For network communication, the recorder features one Fast Ethernet port. For video playback, it has two independent connections—HDMI and VGA. The HDMI port supports high-resolution playback, up to 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K resolution).

The NVR2008H-8MP is equipped with 1 audio input and 1 audio output, along with 2 USB 2.0 ports—one located on the front of the unit and the other on the back.

Built-in PoE+ switch

The recorder has one Fast Ethernet port for network communication. For video output, it is equipped with two independent connections: HDMI and VGA. The HDMI port supports high-resolution playback, up to 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K).

Rack 19", DC power supply

The enclosure is designed for mounting in a 19" Rack, with a height of 1U. The device has a DC input and includes an external 53.5 V DC / 2.43 A power supply in the package. The maximum power consumption of the recorder itself is 4.9 W. The total power consumption depends on the number and type of hard drives used, as well as the PoE load.

VIGI system

The device is designed for use within the TP-Link VIGI system, but thanks to ONVIF protocol support, you can also connect cameras from other manufacturers to the recorder. You can manage the monitoring through the intuitive VIGI Security Manager software available for PC. Configuration access is also possible directly from the recorder by connecting a mouse and monitor. Additionally, there is a mobile app available for Android and iOS devices.
