SXTR&FG621-EA is a new version of the popular SXT LTE6 kit. It uses a new LTE module - FG621-EA, which users know well from another MikroTik product - Chateau LTE6 ax. The new modem allowed for a significant reduction in price, and at the same time obtaining additional bandwidth - B28. The device supports the aggregation of two LTE bands (cat. 6), which translates into a maximum theoretical throughput of 300 Mb/s when downloading data and 50 Mb/s when uploading. It is equipped with an integrated directional antenna with a gain of 9 dBi, which allows for good coverage even in difficult locations. Inside the housing you will find two slots for a SIM card (a type of microSIM).

The offered product has 2 fast Ethernet ports (10/100 Mb/s), the first one serves as a PoE power input, and the second one is a PoE output. SXT LTE6 kit supports passive PoE 12 - 57 V and PoE compliant with the IEEE 802.3af/at standard. Below 30 V, the PoE output provides a maximum current of 600 mA, above 30 V 400 mA. Thanks to this, the device is perfect for connecting an IP camera - you can provide Internet access and power at the same time.

LTE cat. 6 modem, integrated antenna

The device has a built-in R11eL-FG621-EA modem supporting LTE cat. 6 transmission. It allows the aggregation of two bands, thanks to which the maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mb/s when downloading data and 50 Mb/s when sending. It provides twice the speed of LTE cat 4 modems. The device is backward compatible with the 3G standard, which may be useful in extremely difficult locations. There is an integrated panel antenna inside the housing. When purchasing SXT LTE6, you buy a ready-made set, you do not need any additional accessories.

Device for outdoor use

The offered product is fully adapted to be used outdoors. It has a tight housing known from other MikroTika solutions. The set includes a holder suitable for pole mounting. Simply mount the SXT LTE6 in the target location and connect an Ethernet cable to it, which greatly simplifies installation.

2 fast Ethernet ports, 2 SIM slots

Inside the case you will find two micro SIM slots. You can use cards from different operators and thus ensure a backup. Right next to the SIM slots you will find two fast Ethernet ports (10/100 Mb/s), the first of them (Ether1) serves as the PoE power input, and the second one serves as the power output (PoE Passthrough). The device supports passive PoE in the range of 12 - 57 V DC and PoE in the IEEE 802.3af/at standard. The set includes a 24 V DC / 1.2 A power supply and an appropriate injector. You can also power the SXT LTE6 from the port on the switch/router, thus further reducing the number of devices used for connection.

Perfect solution for connecting an IP camera

Thanks to the PoE output on the Ether2 port, the SXT LTE6 is perfect for connecting an IP camera in a remote location. Using one device, you can simultaneously provide the camera with Internet and power. In this case, you need to supply 48 V to the SXT LTE6 from a switch or an external power supply (only a 24 V power supply is included in the kit).

The second popular application of the offered product is Internet access in single-family buildings. SXT LTE6, thanks to its integrated high-gain antenna, will allow you to connect to the Internet in places where other devices cannot. This is an ideal solution for users who are unable to use the services of classic Internet operators.
