The first summer storms have begun and caused breaks in the access to electricity. On this occasion, we suggest you familiarize yourself with three new product lines:

Smart Powerbank 16V POE

This battery power unit is equipped with an internal Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 1300mAh. It provides 16V/600mA power. With the load of 400mA it allows 2,5h of work. As it's equipped with the POE adapter, it lets you instantly provide the backup power to the transmittter and gives you time to organize a backup power supply.

However, the main use of the SmartPowerbank is for installation and configuration. Plugged in between a laptop and a transmitting device allows a comfortable configuration on the roof without the need of meddling with the AC adapter, buffer or the bottom cable.

BSPS - Power supplies with larger charging current

The popular AC adapter AD-155A is a well-tried source of power, but it has the disadvantage of relatively low charging current, which is only 0.5A. Charging the 45Ah battery with such current takes more than 100 hours, which in an emergency situation is far too long.

Therefore we propose the new series: BSPS. The 12V version provides charging current at the 2A level. It is a great solution if we have at least 18Ah battery. The BSPS are protected against excessive discharge (RGR) and they have zero changeover time.

UPS sinusPRO inverters with the AVR system, 10A and 20A charging current and toroidal transformer

Przetwornice sinusPRO The new line of the sinusoidal inverters with the UPS function from VOLT. They provide a perfect sinusoidal 230V voltage of 300, 500, 700 1000 and 1400W power (more powerful models coming soon).

The models are also equipped with the AVR system, which adjusts the output voltage to make it as close to 230V as possible. The large toroidal transformer makes the device more responsive to congestion related to plugging of other devices.

Smaller models (the clear ones) have a battery charger with a capacity of 10A and are made in the form of a portable "box". Bigger models (the black ones) have an enclosure for fixing on the wall. They're equipped with 10A and 20A chargers. There's also available the sinusPRO-1000S model with a solar control unit.

We present a new series of Ubiquiti devices: Nanobeam.

Nanobeam is an extension of the popular NanoBridge. Their main attribute is a faster processor. The UQ-NBE-M5-400 model is additionally equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet port. These features are designed to provide higher performance to the new devices.

The current anti-noise shields made in Poland are suitable for -300 and -400 models. Soon there will be available dedicated shields: NBE-RAD-400.

Currently available models: UQ-NBE-M2-400, UQ-NBE-M5-300 and UQ-NBE-M5-300.

Models UQ-NBE-M5-16 and UQ-NBE-M5-19 will be available at a later date (probably in mid March 2014).

We would like to present to you the series of PON optical power meters: EPN70 and EPN80.

All the power meters have two inputs. One serves to connect with the stub terminal, and the other one with the subscriber network.

Every power meter has a seperate calibration for various wavelenghts, which are stored even after the battery is out. Different models are equipped with different accessories, such as optical light source 1mW or 20mW (in models: V01 and V10) or additional optical power meter (in models: 80T and 80C).

The first card, LREC9802BF, is an LR-Link equivalent of Intel's X520-DA2. The card has two SFP+ ports. It is built on 82599ES, which guarantees compatibility at the chipset level. The card is supported by Intel driver included in the Linux kernel.

The second card is Intel E1G42EF. It is equipped with two soldered-in SFP adapters 1Gbit. It has LC connectors designed to work on Singlemode cables (1310nm), 20km long.
