Description

The Ubiquiti U7 Lite is an access point designed for use within the UniFi system. It supports the Wi-Fi 7 standard, including IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax/be protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax/be in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 688 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 4300 Mbps in the 5 GHz band. The device features a total of 4 MIMO streams, with two per band, allowing it to support up to 200 clients simultaneously. The access point is equipped with a 2.5G Ethernet port, providing significantly higher bandwidth than standard devices with 1G Ethernet ports. Power is supplied via PoE (802.3af), with a maximum power consumption of 13W. The unit comes with a standard enclosure designed for wall or ceiling mounting.

UniFi Wi-Fi 7 Access Point BE5000

The BE5000 access point is designed to operate within the UniFi system and cannot function independently. The maximum theoretical throughput is 688 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 4300 Mbps in the 5 GHz band.

Integrated 4 / 5 dBi Antennas

The access point features built-in omnidirectional antennas with a gain of 4 dBi in the 2.4 GHz band and 5 dBi in the 5 GHz band. The maximum transmit power is 23 dBm for 2.4 GHz and 24 dBm for 5 GHz. According to the manufacturer, the theoretical coverage area is approximately 115 m².

2.5G Ethernet Port, PoE Power Supply

The U7 Lite is equipped with a 2.5G Ethernet port, providing significantly higher wired connection bandwidth compared to standard access points with 1G ports. It also allows full utilization of Wi-Fi 7 capabilities, which would be limited when using a 1G port. The device is powered via PoE (802.3af), and the power adapter is not included in the package.

Wall / Ceiling Mounting

The offered product is designed for installation on either a wall or ceiling. The package includes the necessary mounting accessories. An additional advantage is the ability to mount the access point on an electrical junction box.

U7 Lite is the entry-level access point in the U7 series. Thanks to the implementation of the Wi-Fi 7 standard and the 2.5G Ethernet port, it offers high performance while maintaining an attractive price point. It represents an upgrade compared to older U6 solutions. The device is suitable for both home setups and various types of offices or warehouses.
