2.4 GHz Wireless Bridge

The Ubiquiti UDB-IoT is a wireless bridge that allows you to connect wired devices that do not support Wi-Fi, such as various sensors or printers. Since it operates exclusively in the 2.4 GHz band, it is best suited for connecting devices that do not require high throughput. According to the manufacturer, its primary purpose is to connect IoT devices to a UniFi wireless network.

RP-SMA Antenna Connector

The device features an RP-SMA antenna connector, allowing the included antenna to be replaced. If needed, you can install a high-gain antenna to significantly extend the wireless range of the UDB-IoT.

UniFi Auto-Link Function

Thanks to the UniFi Auto-Link feature, the device automatically connects to a nearby UniFi wireless network without requiring any manual configuration.

Dual Power Input Options

The UDB-IoT can be powered either through its USB-C port (5 V DC) or via the 4-pin DC connector. The latter option supports a wide input voltage range of 9–30 V DC, making it easy to adapt the device to the available local power source.
