Description

LAN kontroler 2.5 in dedicated case

The LAN controller is a small board that acts as a web server on which the readings of various types of sensors are presented. The device allows you to remotely control up to 6 outputs, has the function of the Even Config event table, thanks to which you can program the appropriate action if the condition is met on one of the sensors.

A watchdog function has been prepared for ISP, which checks up to five network devices with the help of a ping program and detects their possible incorrect operation. The controller also has a schedule in which we can program the device to be turned on / off at a given time or for a specific time.

There are also outputs with PWM modulation to control e.g. the brightness of the lighting or the speed of the electric motor. For easy installation, the board can be powered by PoE. LAN controller is an innovative device that offers many solutions previously missing on the market.

What's new in version 2.5:

  • supply voltage: 8-55 V DC (previously 8-28 V DC)
  • OUT 1-4 OC type outputs (previously absent)
  • PIN9 IDE10-2 type 4.8V (formerly VCC)

Application examples:

ISP

  • watchdog ISP for checking the Ethernet connection and possibly resetting the devices;
  • control of temperature or presence of people in the server room and remote or automatic response;
  • transmission of weather conditions on the occasion of images from IP cameras.

Home automation

  • automatic switching on of the stove when the temperature drops below the set temperature and switching off when it increases;
  • control on / off lighting or other devices remotely or according to the program, brightness control;
  • irrigation control - enough of having to bother looking into the garage to modify the watering time - now we'll do it from behind the desk.

Installations

  • temperature control and possibly simple automation of central heating installation;
  • temperature and pressure control and possibly simple automation of the solar installation;
  • heat pump operation measurements;
  • monitoring of the supply voltage and possibly automatic switching to backup sources.

Renewable energy

  • measurements of solar cells work;
  • measurements of wind turbine operation;
  • simple control of battery charging;
  • measurement of energy consumption by direct current receivers.

The most important features:

  • 5 analog inputs:
  • measurement of temperature, voltage and current, and indirectly other physical quantities;
  • 2 logical inputs: for monitoring;
  • 1 relay (NC, NO, C);
  • 4 outputs for switching relays, transistors etc .;
  • 1 PWM output 2.6KHZ up to 4MHz;
  • measurement of temperature and supply voltage on the board;
  • protection against reverse polarity;
  • the board fits the Z-6 housing;
  • management via WWW or SNMP v2 .;
  • real-time data reading without the need to refresh the page;
  • possibility to switch up to 5 relays directly from the website;
  • event table for each input and output to be programmed by the user;
  • Scheduler (switching on outputs at specific times during the week);
  • IP watchdog for up to 5 IP devices;
  • monitoring of additional devices, e.g. detectors, position states;
  • measurement of ambient temperature and device supply voltage;
  • measurement of voltage, temperature, current from connected sensors;
  • power and energy measurement for direct voltage;
  • possibility of attaching an additional board with 4 relays or 4 detachable PoE ports;
  • time setting manually or by NTP server;
  • the ability to calibrate sensor indications;
  • PWM frequency and fill control;
  • defining the initial state of relays;
  • e-mail notification of programmed events;
  • supported protocols: HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, SNTP, ICMP, DNS, DHCP .;
  • supported temperature sensors: NTC1K B = 3950, KTY-84, PT1000.
