Overview

UniFi AP AC SHD is an Ubiquiti access point operating in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands (dual band). It has a waterproof housing, it can be successfully used both inside and outside buildings. It works very well in networks with other devices using UniFi software. In both bands it uses quadruple polarization - 4x4 MIMO, thanks to which it can reach up to 800 Mb / s in 2.4 GHz bandwidth and up to 1733 Mb / s in the 5 GHz band. The access point supports MU-MIMO technology - thanks to it it is able to simultaneously send and receive signals to 3 clients. UAP AC SHD also supports new UniFi functions - airTime (a tool for analyzing individual radio channels), airView (a tool for analyzing the spectrum and selecting the best frequency) and WIPS (Wireless Intrusion Prevention - a special, patented Ubiquiti protection).
