MikroTik hAP ac² is a dual band wireless router. It has got 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports and one USB port (with the intention of connecting the 3G/4G router). It can transmit wireless network in two bands at the same time - 2,4 and 5 GHz. It has got an efficient 4 core IPQ-4018 processor with the clock speed of 716 MHZ and 128 MB of RAM memory. The router's case is black (it's famous from hAP ac Lite devices). It can be placed vertically or horizontally. It is also possible to put it on the wall. The device supports 2x2 MIMO (dual chain). The maximum theoretical bandwidth in the 2,4 Ghz band is 300 Mb and in the 5 Ghz band it's 867 Mb/s.
The product can be powered by DC plug or passive PoE. The input voltage range is between 12 - 30 V DC. There is a 24 V DC 0,8 A power supply in the set. The router is pre-configured. It will be ready to work immediately after connecting to the Ethernet cable and to the power supply.
