The TP-Link Deco E4 is an Access Point designed for use in a TP-Link Mesh network. It can operate simultaneously on the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz}$ bands, supporting IEEE $802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz) and IEEE $802.11 a/n/ac (5 GHz) standards. It is equipped with two Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mb/s) ports, both of which can function as WAN or LAN. The maximum theoretical wireless connection throughput (according to the manufacturer) is 300\text{ Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band. The E4 is TP-Link's budget solution for Mesh networks, ideal for locations where transmission throughput greater than 100 Mb/s is not required. The device can operate in three modes: Router, Access Point, or Range Extender.
