The TP-Link TL-SG105PE is an Easy Smart class (semi-managed) switch, designed for use in small networks that require basic management functions and power supply for end devices. The device offers 5 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mb/s) RJ45 ports. Of these, 4 ports support Power over Ethernet (PoE Out) functionality under the IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at (PoE+) standards, with a maximum total PoE power budget of 65 W. The switch, despite being semi-managed, provides basic configuration functions available via a web interface or configuration utility, including network monitoring, port mirroring, port/802.1p/DSCP-based QoS, and simple VLAN functions (Port/Tag-based). The device features a compact, metal enclosure and a fanless design, which ensures silent operation and is suitable for wall or desktop mounting.

Multiple Applications
The TL-SG105PE switch is fully compatible with PoE-powered devices such as IP cameras, access points, and IP phones. It also works with non-PoE wired devices—computers, printers, and IPTV.

Switch Built for Multiple Applications – 4 PoE+ Ports with 65 W Total Power
Compliance with $802.3\text{af/at}$ PoE+ standards means up to $30\text{ W}$ of power is available on each PoE port. The $65\text{ W}$ total PoE power budget* of the switch, equipped with 4 Gigabit PoE+ ports, is an ideal solution for monitoring systems, offices, dormitories, and small businesses, among others. The device is fully compatible with IP cameras, access points, IP phones, computers, printers, etc.

Ease of Use

Additional Features, Surprising Benefits

QoS Function - Lag-Free Transmission
Network traffic is smooth even when performing lag-sensitive activities, such as voice or video transmission.
IGMP Snooping - Multicast Traffic Optimization
Thanks to multimedia transmission optimization, using the network and applications such as IPTV is definitely more enjoyable.

VLAN - Network Resource Security
Dividing the network into smaller segments ensures more efficient operation and a higher level of network resource security.
Simplified Management Methods
The TL-SG105PE provides users with the ability to monitor the network and control changes in network traffic. By using the configuration page or management utility, the user has access to many useful functions, including network monitoring, traffic prioritization, and improved QoS service.

Extended Functionality Confirmed by Operational Stability

Auto Recovery System and PoE Auto Recovery
The switch automatically detects and restarts PoE-powered devices, such as cameras and access points, when they stop working or responding to requests. This guarantees their operational stability without the need for monitoring their work and manual restart.
Intelligent Power Consumption Management
When the total power consumption exceeds $65\text{ W}$, the intelligent power consumption management feature turns off power to the port with the lowest priority to ensure power supply to ports with higher priorities, thus protecting the device from overload.

PoE Device Detection
Automatically detects the required PoE power for a given device and protects devices that cannot be powered in this way from damage.
Durable Metal Casing
Protection for the switch's sensitive components is provided by a durable casing, made of high-quality metal. Such solid protection guarantees stable operation of the device for many years. The TL-SG105PE is a reliable product, confirmed by numerous tests based on rigorous standards.
