The TP-Link Tapo P100 (twin pack version) is a miniature, smart Wi-Fi power socket designed for remote control of the power supply to connected devices. The socket operates on the 802.11 b/g/n wireless standard on the 2.4 GHz frequency. It is powered by voltage from 100 to 240 V AC at a frequency of 50/60 Hz. The maximum current load is 10 A, which translates to a maximum power of the connected device up to 2300 W (at 230 V). It allows remote switching on and off of power via the Tapo mobile application. It supports functions for programming operating schedules and creating automatic timers. An "Away Mode" is available, simulating the user's presence by randomly switching lights on and off. The socket has small dimensions, which minimizes blocking adjacent sockets on power strips. It is compatible with voice assistants such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Communication takes place directly with the TP-Link cloud.
