Tenda TEG5328F is a managed switch equipped with 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s) and 4 SFP slots (1 Gb/s). It supports Layer 2 management and some Layer 3 features. It supports, among others, static ARP, IPv4 / VLAN based routing, DHCP Snooping, port aggregation, Spanning Tree protocols (STP / RSTP / MSTP) and IGMP Snooping. The switch is distinguished by a buffer size of 12 Mb - larger than in competing solutions. The maximum switching capacity is 56 Gb/s, and the packet forwarding speed is 41.70 Mp/s. The device provides a large number of ports and advanced management while maintaining an attractive price. It will be perfect for many companies and office buildings, it will also be appreciated by Internet operators.
24 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 SFP slots
The switch is equipped with 24 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s) and 4 SFP slots. The switching capacity is 56 Gb/s, and the packet forwarding speed is 41.7 Mp/s. The device will work very well in various types of networks, including in companies or active fiber optic networks. As many as 4 SFP slots increase the number of possible fiber connections, which is very useful if you need to connect remote locations.
Layer 3 management
The TEG5328F offers Layer 3 management including static routing, VLAN based routing and static ARP. It provides fast and efficient data transfer, which is a very important feature in large networks.
12Mb buffer
The switch uses a buffer of 12 Mb, which is larger than in competing solutions. You don't have to worry about a sudden increase in network traffic - the TEG5328F can handle any situation.
QoS function, traffic control
The device supports the QoS function (SP, SWRR, WRR modes) for traffic control. The most important traffic receives a high priority, thanks to which it is conducted in an undisturbed manner. Less important network segments receive less bandwidth.
Access control
Tenda TEG5328F supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 access control (ACL). You can create access lists based on IP or MAC address. This feature greatly enhances network security and protects against unauthorized access.
Numerous protections
The offered product is distinguished by many security features. It provides protection against DoS attacks, rejects unknown MAC addresses and has an ARP limit. Additionally, it supports 802.1x and Radius authentication. These features, combined with an access control list, enable you to create a secure network.
