PoE adapter / step-down converter, input 35 - 56 V DC (RJ45), output 5 V DC (DC plug). Compatible with passive PoE, 802.3af and 802.3at.

The ASDC-05-050-HS adapter is a non-isolated step-down DC / DC converter. The device is powered from the PoE line of 48 V and provides a stabilized output voltage of 5 VDC. In the ASDC-05-050-HS version of the adapter, the 5 V output voltage is only available in the wired DC plug (not available in the RJ-45 plug). The device can be powered from 802.3af / at and PoE PASSIVE switches. A typical application is to power IP cameras or WiFi devices that do not support PoE.
