Management, programming of settings and operation of  the IP megapixel camera DH-IPC-HFW1431T-ZS-S4  is carried out using a clear and transparent device management program ( WEB server ), which is available from the level of the Internet browser. Using the intuitive program menu, it is possible not only to test cameras and preview the recorded image, but it is also possible to set basic parameters of the device.

Noise Reduction - 3D NR

The noise reduction system allows you to maintain image clarity in the event of a fluctuating signal strength level. In practice, this function protects recordings from the so-called ghosting effect and allows you to maintain detailed and crystal clear video recordings.

RoI function

The Region of Interest system enables the quality of the recorded image to be increased in parts of the observed scene indicated by the user. Thanks to the ROI function, it is possible to economically record recordings and save the total size of video files while maintaining the original image quality in priority areas.

WDR function

The WDR function allows you to obtain a clear and detailed image, thanks to the skillful leveling of both too bright and dark fragments of the recording. Thanks to the WDR system, it is possible to maintain the readability of the entire monitoring in places with different levels of lighting of the observed scene.

Smart IR function

The Smart IR function allows you to change basic image parameters such as exposure, contrast or brightness. The signal processor continuously analyzes the image and immediately reduces the power of the infrared illuminator when overexposure is detected. As a result, the image becomes clearer and overexposures disappear. 

Privacy Masks

Effective video monitoring systems are also intelligent selective video recording systems. Using the properties of a camera with a privacy zone function, it will be possible to individually adjust the way the observation system works to the spatial specificity and security requirements of a specific installation location. Thanks to the privacy mask system, it is possible to freely designate image fragments that will be excluded from video surveillance.

Night monitoring

The tube camera is equipped  with an infrared illuminator with an effective working range of up to 50 meters . The system of  2 powerful LED diodes generates a strong infrared beam illuminating the monitoring area at night.

Motorized zoom lens

The camera also has an adjustable lens with a focal length of 2.8 ~ 12mm . Additionally, it provides the ability to remotely control the lens focal length through the motozoom function and the autofocus function.

Memory card slot

The camera is also equipped with a microSD card slot , with a maximum capacity of 256 GB . The card is used as a spare memory space, which can be used to create local copies of recordings.

IP67 tightness class

The high quality of the casing is confirmed by the IP67 protection class assigned to the device . The camera is resistant to any interference from solid objects and maintains its functionality even in the event of momentary contact with a strong stream of water.

Advanced H.265 compression

The latest H.265 compression provides 40-50% savings in bandwidth and memory. H.265 encoding uses advanced technology to improve the ratio between stream size and image quality. H.265 compression format is only supported natively within one manufacturer .

Smart Codec H.265+

The H.265+ smart codec provides high image quality without burdening the network. This codec is optimized for H.265. H.265+ encoding has dynamic GOP, dynamic ROI, flexible framing and intelligent noise reduction. It provides bandwidth and disk space savings of up to 70% compared to the H.265 standard.

Dahua ToolBox

Dahua ToolBox is a platform for distributing all kinds of applications (e.g. Smart PSS, ConfigTool, etc.) thanks to which you can easily configure the equipment, update it or generally manage the local and remote CCTV system.

ConfigTool

ConfigTool is an easy-to-use application used to find, configure and update Dahua devices. One of the important functions of the program is to modify access passwords and reset them. Configtool quickly finds cameras and recorders in a subnet using the MAC address.

Smart PSS Software

Comprehensive management and supervision of the security system and the network of surveillance cameras is the effectiveness of each video monitoring installation. Dahua, with PC and MAC users in mind, has created the Smart PSS software for creating and personalizing your own surveillance system. Smart PSS can work with up to 256 devices and, in addition to displaying live images or playing back recordings, allows for multi-monitor operation, e-map and e-PTZ support, video analytics support and face detection options or advanced search for individual events.
