IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV-S4 is a fixed-focus version of the Dahua 3-in-1 WizSense TiOC series camera , used to build vision systems. The TiOC 2.0 device is equipped with 3 innovative technologies: AI artificial intelligence functions (perimetry, AI SSA, Quick Pick, SMD 4.0), active deterrence and Smart Dual Light .
The Dahua TiOC 2.0 camera is equipped with a 1/2.7" 5MP image sensor, low luminance, HD CMOS , which allows you to generate an image in 2960x1668 resolution . The sensitivity in Starlight technology and the available correction functions, including WDR, SSA, ensure excellent quality of the received image. The fixed 2.8mm camera lens allows for accurate recording of the observed scene. A new solution used in the TiOC 2.0 camera is the ability to switch between different lighting modes (white light or IR infrared). Additionally, the AI artificial intelligence technology with the functions: perimeter protection , SMD 4.0 , Quick Pick and AI SSA , increase the level of security and guarantee the detection of all unwanted behavior. The advantage of the device is also a built-in microSD card slot (256 GB), alarm input and output, and built-in 2 microphones and a speaker. IPC-HFW3549T1-AS-PV-S4 megapixel camera is characterized by a high degree of resistance to unfavorable weather conditions ( IP67 ).

Management, programming of settings and operation of the Dahua TiOC 2.0 IP camera is performed using a clear and transparent device management interface ( WEB Services 5.0 ), which is available from a web browser.
Dahua TiOC 2,0
Dahua TiOC 2.0 also called Dahua 3in1 cameras is a modern generation of surveillance cameras included in the Dahua WizSense series. TiOC 2.0 devices combine 3 innovative technologies: Dahua Smart Dual Light (the camera has an IR illuminator and a white light LED, which can work in 3 different modes), AI artificial intelligence functions and active audio-visual deterrence. Dahua TiOC 2.0 cameras provide even more accurate identification of detected threats with the simultaneous possibility of deterrence through the use of light and sound signals. Vision systems based on the TiOC solution are perfect for both simple systems for protecting home areas, as well as advanced, extensive systems designed to protect facilities and areas of large companies (e.g. development investments).
Active deterrence
Active deterrence is a new solution used in Dahua TiOC 2.0 cameras . The main task of the function is optical-acoustic signaling (deterring) a detected object in the area observed by the camera. Optical signaling is carried out by 2 LEDs that flash red and blue. In the case of acoustic signaling , the TiOC 2.0 camera allows you to generate one of 10 verbal commands or 1 sound alarm through the speaker (it is possible to upload your own sound). An additional advantage of the active deterrence function is immediate notification to the smartphone about the detection of a threat and the possibility of conducting two-way audio communication between the supervisor and the TiOC camera.
AI Features in Dahua TiOC 2.0 Cameras
Over the past few years, artificial intelligence (AI) has been applied in various ways in the security market. With the development of technology, AI performance has improved, which has contributed to the greater accuracy of the offered solutions. Unlike standard intelligent functions (IVS), AI solutions enable improved precision in image content analysis. Dahua WizSense TiOC 2.0 network cameras have improved intelligent functions that work even in the most difficult lighting conditions, and thanks to deep learning algorithms, the device performs key tasks better than before, such as perimeter protection, image structuring with division into categories of recognized objects.
Perimeter protection
The main task of the perimeter protection function is to detect an intruder when they cross a specific line or enter a protected area. The Deep Learning camera is able to distinguish objects that violate the controlled area, e.g. a tree from a car, or a person from an animal. Additionally, the device sends an alarm when an unwanted event is detected.
Smart Motion Detection (SMD 4,0)
With the intelligent algorithm, Dahua Smart Motion Detection technology can identify and categorize targets that trigger motion detection and filter unwanted objects. In this way, the number of false alarms is reduced to a minimum. In the case of the SMD 4.0 version , the camera has improved object detection accuracy (99%), improved false alarm rate and increased analysis range .
AI SSA
Using deep learning algorithms, AI scene auto-adaptation (AI SSA) allows the camera's image parameters to be adjusted to detected environmental conditions (rain, fog, overexposed image, low light, etc.)
Quick Pick
Dahua Quick Pick technology allows us to quickly identify the object of interest (human or vehicle) from the level of searching for appropriate SMD events . By integrating the intelligent functions of the camera and the NVR AI recorder, this function allows us to search for an object based on AI algorithms (e.g. comparing the colors of clothes).
Smart Dual Light
The TiOC 2.0 series devices are equipped with Smart Dual Light technology, thanks to which it is possible to switch between different lighting modes. The user can choose between white light mode and IR (infrared) mode. When Smart Dual Light is active, the white light will only turn on when an object is detected in the monitored area. The next action is to activate the alarm (siren and blue-red light) when an object enters the defined area. In the event that the detected object leaves the monitored area, the white light LED illuminator is switched to IR lighting.
IR illuminator
The camera is equipped with 2 IR infrared diodes with a working range of up to 30 meters. The illuminator can only operate in the following modes: IR Mode or Smart Light.
Warm light illuminator
The camera also has 2 LEDs working in the visible light range up to 30 meters. The illuminator can only work in the following modes: White Light Mode or Smart Light.
Fixed focal length lens
The camera has a fixed-focus 2.8 mm lens, which allows for instant integration into monitoring structures without the need for additional assembly operations.
Cooperation with SSWiN
The camera has one alarm input and one alarm output. These connectors enable the camera to be integrated with alarm system or automation devices, for example.
Memory card slot
The camera also has a microSD card slot, with a maximum capacity of 256 GB. The card is used as a spare memory space, which can be used to create local copies of recordings.
IP67 tightness class
The high quality of the casing is confirmed by the IP67 protection class assigned to the device.
Additional features used in the Dahua camera
Noise reduction system - 3D NR
The noise reduction system allows you to maintain image clarity in the event of a fluctuating signal strength level. In practice, this function protects recordings from the so-called ghosting effect and allows you to maintain detailed and crystal clear video recordings.
Region of Interest - RoI function
The Region of Interest system enables the quality of the recorded image to be increased in parts of the observed scene indicated by the user. Thanks to the ROI function, it is possible to economically record recordings and save the total size of video files while maintaining the original image quality in priority areas.
Extended Dynamic Range - WDR
The WDR function allows you to obtain a clear and detailed image, thanks to the skillful leveling of both too bright and dark fragments of the recording. Thanks to the WDR system, it is possible to maintain the readability of the entire monitoring in places with different levels of lighting of the observed scene.
Back Light Compensation - BLC
The function allows you to eliminate the effect that occurs when the camera is pointed towards a strong light source, i.e. when the foreground becomes dark and illegible. Compensation consists of brightening the foreground, unfortunately also at the expense of the background, which also becomes brighter. In general, the function improves the image quality.
High Light Compensation - HLC
The algorithm detects image points that are strongly illuminated and then masks them, allowing for effective observation. HLC mode is extremely useful when observing underground parking lots. It allows reading license plate numbers that are covered by "bright spots" from the headlights.
Smart Scene Adaptive - SSA
Intelligent scene adaptation provides the camera with the ability to assess scene changes, light intensity, and automatically adjust exposure parameters to obtain a better image. The SSA function automatically lowers the brightness of brightly lit areas while increasing the brightness of darker ones.
Anti-fog system - Defog
The defog system is designed to meet real-time needs for reactive image correction in the event of adverse weather conditions such as fog, rain or smog. The camera with the defog function automatically controls image parameters, allowing for maintaining work efficiency during changing environmental conditions.
Privacy Masks
Using the privacy zone camera features, it is possible to adapt the way the observation system works to the spatial specificity and security requirements of a specific installation location. Thanks to the privacy mask system, it is possible to freely designate parts of the image that will be excluded from video surveillance.
Starlight technology camera
Dahua Starlight is a technology designed for use in difficult environmental conditions, even with minimal lighting. In extreme low-light conditions, Starlight technology is able to provide color images in almost complete darkness.
Power supply via PoE technology
Power over Ethernet is a solution designed for quick and easy installation of network devices, convenient operation of equipment and easy modernization of the installation. Thanks to PoE support in the 802.3af standard, it will be possible to connect an IP camera using the popular UTP computer twisted pair. Saving the total number of cables necessary to run the device improves the monitoring system and allows the camera to be located away from traditional mains power sources!
Modern AI Coding compression
With the aim of continuous technological development, especially improving the functionality of AI artificial intelligence, Dahua has introduced a modern video compression method called AI Coding . During encoding, AI Coding puts great emphasis on the human or vehicle, greatly improving the quality of video streaming compared to H.265 compression (up to 50%). In addition, AI Coding compression can drastically reduce bandwidth consumption and reduce storage requirements.
