16 channels (8 Mpix), 2x SATA, H.265+

The IP recorder is designed to support up to 16 channels with a resolution of up to 8 MP. It can handle a bitrate of up to 80 Mb/s for incoming data and 60 Mb/s for outgoing data. The device features two SATA ports, each supporting hard drives with a maximum capacity of 16 TB, providing a total of 32 TB when both drives are utilized. Please note that the hard drives are sold separately and are not included in the package.

The NVR2016H-16P utilizes H.265+ compression, which significantly reduces the size of recorded footage. This advanced compression technology helps optimize storage space without compromising video quality, allowing for longer recording times and more efficient use of storage capacity.

Interfaces

The NVR2016H-16P is equipped with a single gigabit  Ethernet port for network communication. For video output, it features two independent connections: HDMI and VGA. The HDMI port supports high-resolution video playback, up to 3840 x 2160 pixels (4K), ensuring high-quality image output for monitoring and reviewing footage.

The NVR2016H-16P is equipped with a total of 6 alarm inputs and 4 alarm outputs, allowing you to connect cameras to handle various types of alarm systems. Additionally, it features 1 audio input and 1 audio output for sound integration. The recorder also comes with 2 USB ports: a USB 3.0 port on the back for faster data transfers and a USB 2.0 port on the front for easy access and connectivity.

Built-in PoE+ switch

The offered product features 16 Fast Ethernet ports, allowing you to directly connect cameras without the need for an additional switch. Each port is equipped with PoE+ power output. The maximum output per port is 15.4 W for devices using the 802.3af standard, or 30 W for devices using the 802.3at standard. The total power budget for the entire device is 90 W, ensuring sufficient power for multiple connected cameras.

Rack 19", DC power supply

The enclosure is designed for installation in a 19" Rack, with a height of 1U. The device includes a DC input, and a 53.5 V DC / 2.43 A external power supply is provided in the package. The maximum power consumption of the recorder itself is 6.2 W. The total power consumption depends on the number and type of hard drives used, as well as the PoE load from connected cameras.

VIGI system

The device is designed for use within the TP-Link VIGI system, but thanks to ONVIF protocol support, you can also connect cameras from other manufacturers to the recorder. You can manage the monitoring through the intuitive VIGI Security Manager software available for PC. Configuration access is also possible directly from the recorder by connecting a mouse and monitor. Additionally, there is a mobile app available for Android and iOS devices.
