LTE Category 12 Modem & External Antenna Support
The device features a built-in LTE Category 12 modem (EG120K-EA), supporting 4x4 MIMO for data downloading. The maximum theoretical download speed is 600 Mb/s, while the upload speed can reach 150 Mb/s. The device supports most LTE bands available in Europe and is backward compatible with 3G standards. An additional advantage is the ability to connect 2 external LTE antennas. This allows for an extended mobile transmission range, which is particularly important in rural and suburban areas where distances between cell towers (BTS) may be significant.


Wi-Fi 5 AC1200
The router is designed to transmit a Wi-Fi 5 network, using IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band.
The Wi-Fi network is powered by integrated omnidirectional antennas, with a gain of 2 dBi in the 2.4 GHz band and 4 dBi in the 5 GHz band.
5 Gigabit Ethernet Ports & High Performance
The offered product features a quad-core IPQ-4019 processor, clocked at 448 - 896 MHz, with 256 MB of RAM. It significantly outperforms competitive solutions, making it ideal for handling advanced configurations. The router is equipped with 5 Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s), ensuring high throughput for the local network. Additionally, there is an extra USB port located next to the Ethernet ports.


Desktop Chassis & 12 - 28 V Power Supply
The Chateau LTE12 features a standard desktop chassis, commonly seen in other devices from the Chateau series. It is a vertical (tower) case with an integrated stand. The light colors and subtle design make it blend seamlessly into the background of most rooms.
The device is powered through a standard DC socket. The input voltage range is 12 - 28 V DC, with a maximum power consumption of 24 W. The package includes a 24 V / 1.2 A power adapter.
Advanced Management & Multiple Applications
The router comes with a preinstalled RouterOS system and a Level 4 license, supporting numerous advanced management features offered by the Latvian manufacturer's system. This includes full network control, access to various security features, and complete VPN support (both server and client). Competing solutions cannot match the functionality of RouterOS.
