The Ubiquiti G6 Pro Dome is an IP camera designed to operate under the UniFi Protect system. It features an 8 MP (4K) varifocal lens that offers 2.36x optical zoom. The field of view at the widest setting is 113.8° horizontally and 61.9° vertically (134° diagonal), while at the narrowest setting it is 45.5° horizontally and 25.8° vertically (52° diagonal). The camera supports advanced AI features, including facial recognition, license plate recognition, and smart detection (people, vehicles, and animals). The housing is designed for outdoor use (IP66 protection rating) and has enhanced mechanical durability (IK10). 8 MP (4K) Camera

The offered product is an IP camera equipped with an 8 MP lens supporting 4K resolution. It provides very high image quality and allows significantly more details to be captured compared to HD / 2K cameras. The manufacturer has used a 1/1.2" aperture sensor, which lets in substantially more light than standard sensors with a 2.0 aperture. As a result, the camera delivers excellent image quality even in low-light conditions.

2.36x Optical Zoom

The manufacturer has equipped the camera with a varifocal 5.9–13.8 mm lens that provides 2.36x optical zoom. This allows the camera to monitor objects in greater detail, making it suitable for a wide range of surveillance configurations.

UniFi Protect

The G6 Pro Dome is a camera designed to operate under the UniFi Protect system. It requires adoption in the control panel and the use of a recorder compatible with UniFi or a gateway with recorder functionality. The camera can be conveniently managed from the same interface as access points and other devices from the wide range of Ubiquiti UniFi solutions.

Microphone and microSD Slot

Thanks to the integrated microphone, the camera can not only record video but also capture audio, which is useful in many situations. Additionally, you can use a microSD card to store recordings. In this case, you do not need to purchase hard drives for the recorder, as long as the card’s capacity is sufficient for your needs.

Outdoor Use, IK10 Mechanical Resistance

The housing is fully designed for outdoor use, with an IP66 protection rating. Using the included mounting bracket, the camera can be installed on a wall or ceiling, and additional mounting accessories are available separately. The device’s construction has also been reinforced, providing an IK10 impact resistance rating. This makes the G6 Pro Dome suitable for installation in locations exposed to vandalism.

Black-and-White Night Mode, 40 m Range

The G6 Pro Dome features built-in IR LEDs and an IR cut filter, providing black-and-white night vision mode. The night recording range is 40 m, which is greater than in standard cameras.

1G Ethernet Port, PoE+ Power

The device is equipped with a 1G Ethernet port, which also serves as a PoE+ (802.3at) power input. Power cannot be supplied in any other way. The maximum power consumption is 15 W.
