The Ubiquiti AI Multi Sensor 4 is an IP camera designed for use with the UniFi Protect system. It features four 8 MP (4K) lenses, providing a combined 360° field of view. Thanks to its four-lens design, it delivers significantly better image quality than typical fisheye cameras, with a total supported resolution of up to 32 MP. Additionally, the manufacturer has equipped it with 3.18–7.42 mm varifocal lenses supporting 2.33x optical zoom. The housing is designed for outdoor use and carries an IP66 protection rating. Its reinforced construction provides IK10 impact resistance. The camera is equipped with a Multi-TOPS AI engine and supports advanced AI features, including facial recognition, license plate recognition, and intelligent detection of people, vehicles, and animals. The device supports IR night vision mode (black and white), with a maximum night vision range of 20 m. Using the accessories included in the package, the camera can be mounted on a ceiling. The AI Multi Sensor 4 features a 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, which also serves as a PoE++ (802.3bt Type 3) power input. Its maximum power consumption is 34.6 W. An additional advantage is the presence of two built-in microSD card slots and one SSD drive bay, allowing video recordings to be stored directly on the camera.

360° Camera with Four 8 MP Lenses

Varifocal Lens with 2.33x Optical Zoom

The manufacturer has equipped the camera with 3.18–7.42 mm varifocal lenses, each supporting 2.33x optical zoom. The field of view of a single lens is 108.8° horizontally and 57.6° vertically (130.8° diagonal) at the widest setting, or 42.8° horizontally and 24.1° vertically (49.1° diagonal) when zoomed in. Thanks to the use of independent lenses, you can adjust image settings individually and apply optical zoom to only a specific section of the monitored area.

 

UniFi Protect

The AI Multi Sensor 4 is a camera designed to operate within the UniFi Protect ecosystem. It requires adoption through the management console and the use of a UniFi-compatible recorder or a gateway with built-in recording functionality. The camera can be conveniently managed from the same interface used for access points and other devices from Ubiquiti’s extensive UniFi product portfolio.

Advanced Software Features

The camera supports advanced AI-powered features through its Multi-TOPS AI engine, including facial recognition and license plate recognition. In addition, it offers intelligent detection of people, vehicles, and animals, enabling more accurate monitoring and event identification.

2 microSD Slots, M.2 SATA SSD Connector

The device is equipped with two microSD card slots and an additional M.2 SATA interface for connecting an SSD drive. This allows you to store surveillance recordings directly on storage connected to the camera, rather than on the recorder’s hard drive.

Outdoor Use, IK10 Impact Resistance

The housing is fully designed for outdoor use, with an IP66 protection rating. Using the included mounting bracket, the camera can be installed on a ceiling, and additional mounting accessories are available separately. The device’s construction has been further reinforced, providing IK10 impact resistance. This allows the AI Multi Sensor 4 to be installed in locations exposed to vandalism.

Night Mode with 20 m Range

The camera features built-in IR LEDs with adaptive control. It supports black-and-white night mode, with a range of up to 20 m.

1G Ethernet Port, PoE++ Power Supply

The product is equipped with a 1G Ethernet port, which also serves as a PoE++ (802.3bt Type 3) power input. Power cannot be supplied in any other way. The maximum power consumption is 34.6 W.
