MAG322 is a set-top box (tuner) , the successor of  the popular MAG254 model. The device is much more efficient than its predecessor, i equipped with a processor MIPS 4KE processor ,having two cores with  750 MHz (MAG254 had one core 650 MHz), and twice as much internal memory-512 MB.

The product is designed for Internet service providers and OTT operators. It  supports modern formats such as h. 365 (HEVC), MVC, SCV or OpenGL ES 2.0. In addition, is easy to use and compatible with most television sets available on the market.

The device uses Linux 3.3 (MAG254 used the 2.6.23 version ) and supports Middleware. It has a fast Ethernet connector, 2 USB 2.0, audio output S/PDIF and HDMI.

The MAG322w1 version allows  to transmit WiFi (wireless network) in  2.4 GHz., the device supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n, and has a single-antenna polarization (SISO/single chain/band 1T1R).The  maximum theoretical throughput is 150 Mb/s.
