Description

The Huawei EG8120L is an ONU/ONT client terminal designed for use in the GPON network. It has been equipped with 1 gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s), 1 fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mb/s) and 1 telephone port (RJ11). The SC/UPC class B + connector was used as the optical port. The set includes a 12 V / 0.5 A power supply and an Ethernet patch cord.

The terminal has been adapted for use in the GPON network. It has a class B + SC/UPC port, the receiving sensitivity range is -27 ~ -29 dBm, and the maximum transmit power is -8 dBm. Transmission, according to the standard, is carried out at wavelengths of 1310 nm and 1490 nm. It supports WBF (wavelength blocking filter), bidirectional FEC, SR-DBA / NSR-DBA and type B protection (single-homing & dual-homing). The product supports router and bridge modes.

1x GE, 1x FE, 1x POTS (RJ11), 12 V DC powering

The device has been equipped with 1 gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s), 1 fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mb/s) and additionally a POTS telephone port (RJ11). Thanks to the EG8120L, you can provide the subscriber with high-speed internet, even in a 1 Gb/s package. The second Ethernet port is perfect for IPTV, for connecting a set-top box, and the telephone port allows you to provide VoIP services. The device is powered via a standard 2.1 / 5.5 mm DC socket, the voltage range is 11 - 14 V. The set includes a 12 V DC / 0.5 A power supply.

Multiple uses

Terminal EG8120L thanks to the use of three different ports will be perfect for most subscribers. It offers a high-speed gigabit port to which you can connect a wireless router or switch and then distribute the network to your household. The fast Ethernet port will be perfect for connecting a set-top box and using IPTV, and POTS will allow you to connect a landline phone. By using the EG8120L you can easily provide a triple play network (internet + TV + telephone) to your subscribers.
