Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 wireless network

The IP-COM Pro-6-Lite utilizes the Wi-Fi 6 standard and can transmit wireless networks in both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands simultaneously. It supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 574 Mb/s in the 2.4 GHz band and 2402 Mb/s in the 5 GHz band.

That is indeed a high speed that is more than sufficient for typical internet usage, even with multiple users simultaneously.

Gigabit Ethernet, PoE powering

The device has been equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s). This allows for the utilization of the high throughput offered by the Wi-Fi wireless network.

The Ethernet port also serves as a Power over Ethernet (PoE) input. The device supports IEEE 802.3af/at standards, with a maximum power consumption of 14.04 W.

WPA3 encryption, multiple functions

The offered product utilizes modern WPA3 encryption, significantly enhancing the security of the wireless network. The access point also supports multiple features that improve transmission quality, including MU-MIMO (simultaneous transmission and reception of data from multiple clients, which reduces data queuing), Beamforming (shaping the beam to improve coverage), and TWT (putting connected clients to sleep and waking them up to limit energy consumption).

Ceiling mounting, seamless roaming

The Pro-6-Lite is primarily designed for ceiling mounting, but it can also be mounted on a wall. The package includes the necessary bracket and accessories. Inside the housing, there are omnidirectional antennas with a gain of 4 dBi in both bands.

The device supports IEEE 802.11k/v standards, providing seamless data roaming. If you are using more than one access point in the network, you won't experience decreases in throughput or increases in latency while moving between them.

ProFi system

ProFi is a platform that enables centralized management of multiple devices from a single panel. You can easily add new devices to the network, update software, and modify configurations. You also have real-time access to network statistics. The ProFi system is compatible not only with access points but also with selected IP-COM brand switches.
