4 Mpix (2K), night mode

The camera features a 4 MP lens (2K QHD) with a maximum supported resolution of 2688 x 1512 pixels. It provides significantly better image quality compared to the previously popular 2 MP 1080P devices. The G5 Dome Ultra is equipped with IR LEDs and an IR cut filter, which is responsible for switching between day and night modes. In night mode, the camera can record black-and-white images, and its operating range is 20 meters.

The offered product stands out with its wide field of view. Horizontally, it is 102.4°, vertically 54.9°, resulting in a diagonal of 120.6°.

1 fast Ethernet port, PoE

The G5 Dome Ultra features a single fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mb/s), which also serves as the PoE power input. The camera does not support any other type of power supply. The input voltage range is 37 - 57 V DC, so you just need to use a switch or power adapter supporting 802.3af. The maximum power consumption is only 4.2 W.

For indoor use, tamper-resistant

The device is designed for indoor use. With the mount included in the set, you can install it on a wall or ceiling, including drop ceilings. The camera body is made of an aluminum alloy and plastic, with a mechanical protection rating of IK06. The device is better protected against mechanical damage compared to standard cameras, which can be useful when installed in public places where it might be exposed to vandalism.

UniFi Protect

The camera is compatible with the UniFi Protect platform, which enables centralized management of multiple devices. You can access UniFi Protect through a program available on PC or a mobile app for Android/iOS devices. The platform allows easy live view and playback of recorded footage. It also enables full configuration of connected devices and the installation of additional ones. UniFi Protect is very easy to expand; after the initial setup, the system automatically detects newly connected devices and allows for their quick integration.
