The router can transmit a Wi-Fi 6 wireless network, supporting IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 1148 Mb/s for 2.4 GHz and 2402 Mb/s for 5 GHz. The device uses 4x4 MIMO in both bands, which not only increases speed but also improves transmission quality when multiple users are connected simultaneously.

At the time of its release, the Chateau PRO ax is the most powerful device in the Wi-Fi 6 series, offering higher speeds than solutions like the hAP ax3 or hAP ax2. Additionally, the device stands out for its good transmission range. It is equipped with external omnidirectional antennas, providing 5 dBi gain in the 2.4 GHz band and 6 dBi in the 5 GHz band.

The offered product is equipped with 5 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s), with a PoE power output on the last port. The output voltage depends on the input supplied to the router, with a maximum current of 500 mA for inputs above 30 V or 600 mA for inputs below 30 V. The use of the USB 3.0 port further expands the applications of the Chateau PRO ax. You can connect an external hard drive to create a file or media server. It is also possible to use an external USB LTE modem, which allows for additional data transmission capabilities.

Power is supplied through a standard DC 2.1 / 5.5 socket, with a very wide input voltage range of 18 - 57 V DC.
