The SinusPRO 2000S is a device that combines the functions of an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with a solar inverter and an AVR voltage stabilizer. It has 2 output power sockets of 230 V / 50 Hz, provides a sinusoidal waveform, and can power inductive devices. The maximum continuous power is 1400 W, and the peak power is 2000 W. You can connect an external lead-acid battery with a voltage of 24 V (or 2 x 12 V batteries connected in series) to the device to ensure emergency power supply. The battery charging current from the grid is 20 A. Thanks to the MPPT regulator, you can connect photovoltaic panels to the SinusPRO 2000S, with an input voltage range of 25 - 100 V DC, and the maximum MPPT charging current is 40 A. There is a switch on the housing that allows you to select the operating mode. By choosing the mode, you select the output power source, with options: "PV-AC-BAT," "AC-PV-BAT," and "PV-BAT-AC."
2x 230 V AC output, sinusoidal waveform
The offered product has two 230 V AC output sockets, provides a sinusoidal waveform, and can therefore be used with inductive devices. The SinusPRO is equipped with an automatic voltage regulator (AVR), ensuring stable 230 V voltage during battery operation. The continuous power is 1400 W, and the maximum peak power is 2000 W.
UPS function, 24 V battery input
At the bottom of the housing, there are two cables to which you can connect a 24 V DC lead-acid battery or two 12 V DC batteries connected in series. When there is a loss of mains power, the SinusPRO switches to battery power. When mains power returns, the batteries are charged with a charging current of 20 A.
MPPT solar regulator, ability to connect a panel
You can connect photovoltaic panels to the device, with a voltage range of 25 - 100 V DC. The maximum MPPT charging current is 40 A. You can use the photovoltaic panels to provide mains power or to charge the connected battery, allowing for later use of the stored energy.
Three operating modes
On the housing, you will find a switch used to select one of three operating modes. Depending on the mode, the power is selected from different sources:
- "PV-AC-BAT" - power is first drawn from the photovoltaic panels, then from the mains, and finally from the batteries.
- "AC-PV-BAT" - power is first drawn from the mains, then from the photovoltaic panels, and finally from the batteries.
- "PV-BAT-AC" - power is first drawn from the photovoltaic panels, then from the batteries, and finally from the mains.
Using the SinusPRO 2000S with a battery and photovoltaic panels will enable you to create a small system with relatively low financial investment. Sufficiently large batteries will allow you to save on mains power usage, thereby reducing bills or providing access to energy in locations without mains power.
Wall mounting
The housing has been adapted for wall mounting, and wall plugs are included in the set. Once mounted on the wall in your garage or utility room, the device won't take up much space.
