TP-Link RE505X is a universal wireless network signal booster, operating in the Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) standard, characterized by a combined throughput of up to AX1500. The device is dual-band, offering a maximum theoretical transmission speed of 1201 Mbps in the 5 GHz band and 300 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band. It is fully compatible with older Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac) and can operate in Signal Booster (Repeater) mode or Access Point mode, utilizing the built-in gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mbps). The RE505X supports OneMesh™ technology, allowing for the creation of a unified, seamlessly managed Wi-Fi mesh network when paired with compatible TP-Link routers. The booster is equipped with internal antennas.
