RED Power RP24V1A-PG-WM-EU is a PoE power supply with an output voltage of 24 V DC and a current of 1 A. The output power is approximately 24 W at nominal current. It has been equipped with 2 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb / s), one of them is data input (LAN) and the other is the output for power and data (POE). The power supply is a "wall mount" type, it is plugged directly into the socket, without an additional power cable. It has a LED indicating the operating status.
Passive PoE
The power supply uses the Power over Ethernet technology - it transmits power via the Ethernet cable. Supports passive PoE, power is transferred on 2 pairs, using 4, 5+ / 7, 8- wires.
Voltage 24 V DC, current 1 A
At the output, the power supply provides a voltage of 24 V DC and a maximum current of 1 A. At nominal voltage, the output power is about 24 W. The power supply can work with numerous devices available on the market, including wireless Ubiquiti and MikroTika solutions.
Gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s)
The power supply uses gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s). Thanks to this, you can use it to power devices with high bandwidth. It will be perfect in combination with new solutions that have changed to the gigabit standard.
LED indicator, direct connection to the socket
The power supply has a built-in LED which informs about the operating status. The device plugs directly into a wall mount socket, without an additional power cable. This is much more convenient than desktop products that use an additional cable.
Efficiency Level VI, numerous security features
The power supply meets the restrictive standards of the new Efficiency Level VI standard, the power consumption of the power supply is less than 0.2 W, and the efficiency is at least 88% at nominal voltage. Overcurrent and short-circuit protection are included. After the cause of the short-circuit or too high voltage has ceased to exist, the power supply should resume operation by itself.
Many uses
24 V voltage is popular among many network devices, including Ubiquiti and MikroTika products. It also works well for other products that have a PoE input and are compatible with 24 V.
