Ubiquiti UISP-S is a managed switch equipped with 8 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s) and 1 SFP slot. There is a PoE power output on each of the Ethernet ports, the device supports passive PoE with a voltage of 27 V DC. The maximum output power per port is 30W, and 110W for the entire device. The switch supports Layer 2 management functions, you can manage it from a centralized UISP platform. The maximum power consumption of the UISP-S itself is only 8 W, the set includes an external 27 V DC, 4 A power supply.

8x GE, 1x SFP

The device has been equipped with 8 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s) and 1 SFP slot. This is enough ports for most installations where you connect compatible radios. The SFP interface will allow you to transmit to the switch via fiber optic cable, even over long distances. The maximum switching bandwidth is 18 Gb/s and the packet forwarding rate is 13,392 Mp/s.

Passive PoE 27 V (8 ports)

Each Ethernet port has a 27V DC PoE (passive) power output. It is a popular voltage widely used in Ubiquiti (and not only) network equipment. The use of a slightly higher voltage of 27 V instead of 24 V eliminates voltage drops that may be caused by cable resistance, due to excessively long cable length or poor quality of wires.

Passive cooling, wall mounting possible

The offered product has passive cooling, thanks to which it is completely silent. It is also distinguished by low own power consumption - only 8 W. A desktop type casing with the possibility of wall mounting was used. The set includes a special wall mount and a 27 V DC, 4.4 A power supply.

Layer 2 management, UISP system

The switch provides basic management functions in the Layer 2 layer. Configuration can be made from the centralized UISP platform, which you can use in a web browser or through an application for mobile devices. UISP is an advanced tool that allows you to manage your network in one place, in a convenient and transparent way. In addition to configuration, the platform also has functions related to subscriber accounts and payments.
