MikroTik ATL LTE18 kit is an integrated wireless device equipped with a category 18 LTE modem. It can support 4x4 MIMO, thanks to which the maximum theoretical bandwidth of mobile transmission is 1200 Mb/s when downloading data and 150 Mb/s when sending data. The device has a gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s), which in no way limits the possibility of LTE transmission. The design is based on an efficient, dual-core 1.2 GHz processor made in the ARM 64-bit architecture. There is 256 MB of RAM and 16 MB of built-in memory on board.
The device, compared to previous LTE MikroTik solutions, is distinguished primarily by the antenna used. The manufacturer has improved the operating frequency range, which is especially noticeable in the lowest LTE bands. The ATL has a lower energy gain than the LHG, but at the same time it also maintains a much smaller size, only 315x170 mm. It also has covers that will work especially in winter, the antenna will not accumulate snow and ice.
LTE cat 18 modem
The ATL LTE18 kit uses a category 18 LTE modem, which supports 4x4 MIMO transmission (aggregation up to 4 bands). The maximum theoretical throughput of such a connection is 1200 Mb/s when downloading data and 150 Mb/s when uploading. The device is also backward compatible with the older 3G standard. If you have a BTS within your reach from an operator that offers many LTE frequencies, this MikroTik will use its full potential!
Gigabit Ethernet with PoE-in
The offered product has a 10/100/1000 Mb/s gigabit Ethernet port, which does not limit the LTE transmission capacity in any way. The device is powered by passive PoE, supports voltage in the range of 12 - 57 V DC. Thanks to this, it is enough to connect only the Ethernet cable to the ATL outside the building.
High performance
The device is equipped with a dual-core 88F3720 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz (ARM 64bit architecture) and 256 MB of RAM. It is distinguished by high work efficiency, thanks to which you can take advantage of the advanced configuration without fear of lower transmission quality. There is a large heat sink on the outside of the case, which ensures adequate cooling even at high outside temperatures.
Small form-factor
MikroTik ATL is distinguished by very high resistance to negative weather conditions. Unlike the LHG series, it has a cover that prevents icing and snow sticking. ATL will perform much better in difficult winter conditions.
At the same time, the device has small external dimensions, the diameter is 315 mm and the depth is 170 mm. It will work well for customers who need a solution with high energy gain, but do not want to install a large antenna.
