8 Mpix lens, x3 optical zoom

The UVC-G5-Pro features an 8-megapixel lens, supporting a 4K resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. The maximum frame rate is 30 frames per second (fps). The camera provides excellent image quality, meeting the demands of even the most discerning users.

The lens supports a threefold optical zoom with a diameter ranging from 4.1 to 12.3 mm. The widest viewing angle is 109.9° horizontally and 60° vertically (diagonal 127.7°), while the narrowest angle is 35° horizontally and 19.8° vertically (diagonal 40°). Depending on the requirements of a specific location, you can choose the preferred lens diameter.

The offered product supports a black and white night mode. It is equipped with infrared (IR) LEDs, and the switch between night and day mode is managed by an IR cut filter.

High Dynamic Range (HDR)

The device supports High Dynamic Range (HDR) technology, which significantly improves image quality in challenging lighting conditions. You will notice the difference, especially in situations where there is excessive light reflecting off certain elements.

Photosensitive lens

A light-sensitive lens has been employed, providing significantly better recording quality in low-light conditions compared to standard lenses. It accurately reproduces colors and causes the night mode to activate later than in competitive solutions.

Power over Ethernet (PoE) and a build-in microphone

The camera is equipped with 1 fast Ethernet port (10/100 Mbps), which simultaneously serves as a Power over Ethernet (PoE) power input. The input voltage range is 37 - 57 V DC, and the maximum power consumption is 10 W.

An additional advantage is the built-in microphone, allowing for the recording of both video and audio. If needed, you can disable it through the software interface.

IP65 ingress protection, wall / pole mounting

The camera has been designed for outdoor installation, featuring an IP65 protection rating. It is resistant to water ingress and adverse weather conditions.

With the accessories included in the package, you can mount the UVC-G5-Pro on a wall or pole. The ball joint in the mount allows you to freely adjust the tilt in three dimensions.

UniFi Protect platform

The camera is compatible with the UniFi Protect platform, allowing centralized management of multiple devices. Access to UniFi Protect can be obtained through the program available on PC or the mobile app for Android/iOS devices. The platform provides an easy way to view live feeds and playback recorded footage. It also allows for full configuration of connected devices and the installation of additional ones. UniFi Protect is highly expandable; after the initial setup, the system automatically detects newly added hardware, facilitating quick integration.
