8 Mpix, 17 mm lens

The UVC-AI-DSLR features an M. Zuiko Digital ED lens with a diameter of 17 mm. Its field of view is narrower compared to standard 2.8/3.6 mm lenses, measuring 52° horizontally and 39° vertically (diagonal 65°). In exchange, the UVC-AI-DSLR offers a significantly greater image recording range.

The lens aperture (f-stop) of the UVC-AI-DSLR is F/1.2, allowing much more light to enter compared to standard IP cameras. This feature ensures superior image quality compared to competitive solutions. The maximum recording resolution is 4K - 3840 x 2160 px, further contributing to the camera's ability to deliver high-quality video footage.

Power over Ethernet (PoE), Gigabit Ethernet port

The device is equipped with a 1-gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s), which also serves as a Power over Ethernet (PoE) input. It supports PoE+ (Power over Ethernet Plus) according to the IEEE 802.3at standard, with a maximum power consumption of 17.77 W. This allows for both data transfer and power supply over a single Ethernet cable, simplifying installation and reducing the need for additional power sources.

Intelligent detection, built-in microphone, and speaker

The offered product supports intelligent detection features, enabling the recognition of vehicles and people, as well as reading license plates. An additional advantage is the built-in microphone and speaker, providing the capability for two-way voice communication. Sound recording can be disabled through the software.

Note! The microphone and speaker are disabled after the installation of the external housing.

Outdoor Building Mounting Enclosure

In the package, you will find an additional enclosure that you can install if you plan to use the UVC-AI-DSLR outdoors. After applying the enclosure, the protection level is IPX5 - the device will be resistant to water ingress and adverse weather conditions.

With the accessories included in the package, you can mount the camera on a wall or pole. The articulated ball joint bracket allows for smooth adjustment of the tilt in three planes. Additionally, the camera features a bottom mount that allows attachment to a photographic tripod.

UniFi Protect platform

The camera is compatible with the UniFi Protect platform, enabling centralized management of multiple devices. Access to UniFi Protect can be obtained through a program available on PC or a mobile application for Android/iOS devices. The platform provides an easy way to preview live footage and play back recorded videos. It also allows for the full configuration of connected devices and the installation of additional ones. UniFi Protect is highly scalable; after the initial setup, the system automatically detects and facilitates the quick connection of additional hardware.
