Uplink GP542Z is a CPE for GPON or EPON network. It supports dual mode (EPON / GPON) without additional software. The device has 1 PON SC/UPC port, 4 gigabit Ethernet ports and 1 USB 3.0 port. The terminal provides WiFi transmission in 2,4 and 5 GHz bands simultaneously. Maximal theoretical WiFi throughput is 1200 Mb/s - 300 Mb/s in 2,4 GHz and 867 Mb/s in 5 GHz. The device supports 2x2 MIMO, IEEE 802.11 b/g/n (2,4 GHz) and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac (5 GHz).

Dual mode EPON / GPON

The device can operate in the GPON or EPON network, the integrated laser power complies with the PX20 + (EPON) and B + (GPON) standards. You don't need to use any additional software or make special configurations - both modes are immediately available! By default, the ONT works in auto mode - it selects the type of WAN connection by itself. You can manually set the GPON or EPON mode, you can find this option in the "Managemen" -> "More Manage" -> "Uplink Mode" tab.

WiFi AC1200

The offered product supports the transmission of a WiFi wireless network in the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands at the same time. Supports dual polarization (2x2 MIMO), supports IEEE 802.11 b / g / n (2.4 GHz) and IEEE 802.11 a / n / ac (5 GHz) standards. The maximum theoretical bandwidth of such a connection is 1200 Mb / s - 300 Mb / s in the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mb / s in 5 GHz. Such performance is sufficient for most subscribers, it will allow many devices connected to WiFi to work simultaneously, download large files or watch movies online in 4K resolution.

4x external 5 dBi antennas

GP542Z is equipped with 4 external omnidirectional antennas with 5 dBi gain each. It has a much greater range than competing solutions with built-in antennas. With proper placement, the ONT will easily cover the entire apartment.

4 GE ports, 12 V DC powering

The terminal is equipped with 4 gigabit Ethernet ports 10/100/1000 Mb / s. High port bandwidth does not limit the transmission you bring to the subscriber. At the same time, the use of multiple ports allows you to connect several devices with a cable, e.g. TV and computer / console, without the need for an additional switch.

ONT has a standard DC 2.1 / 5.5 mm socket, can be powered with 12 V DC, the maximum power consumption is 10 W. The set includes a 12 V DC power supply with a current of 1 A.

USB 3.0

An additional advantage is the USB 3.0 port, which you can use to connect an external storage or printer.

Full IPTV support

The device fully supports IPTV transmission, including IGMP Snooping. It enables the subscriber to be provided with Internet and TV packages, which is now a standard. You can configure any of the Ethernet ports to connect the set-top box.

TR-069 protocol

Uplink GP542Z supports TR-069 protocol, it can be remotely managed via auto provisioning server compatible with TR-069. This option gives the operator many possibilities, such as automatic configuration of many ONTs at the same time, simple and quick remote change of terminal settings, and even creating his own API.
