MikroTik CRS310-8G+2S+IN is a managed switch equipped with 8 2.5G Ethernet ports and 2 SFP+ slots. It is perfect for any network that plans to move to a throughput higher than 1 Gbps. Despite the high throughput, the device retains an attractive price. The SFP+ slot supports auto-negotiation of connection speeds - it can work in 1G, 2.5G or 10G mode. The housing has been adapted for mounting in a 10" or 19" Rack cabinet, the set includes two pairs of ears. Optionally, you can buy the RMK-2/10 set, which will allow you to mount two switches side by side in a 19" Rack cabinet.

The device has a pre-installed RouterOS v7 system with a Level 5 license. This gives you full access to the advanced Layer 3 management known from other MikroTika solutions. Please note that the CRS310-8G+2S+IN is a switch and has a dual-core ARM processor clocked at 800 MHz, so it will not fully replace the router.

RouterOS v7, license Level 5

MikroTik CRS310-8G+2S+IN has the RouterOS v7 system with a Level 5 license and provides the user with full management functions known from other RouterOS solutions. However, please remember that this is a switch, not a router. It has a dual-core processor clocked at 800 MHz and 256 MB of RAM.

8x 2.5G Ethernet, 2x SFP+

The offered product has 8 2.5G Ethernet ports and 2 SFP+ (10G) slots. Thanks to this, it ensures very high transmission capacity. It is an excellent choice for any network where you want to create a backbone using 2.5 Gb/s speeds. Additional SFP+ slots make it possible to connect several switches over long distances, e.g. if you want to connect distant network segments.

The device provides high throughput and advanced management, while maintaining an attractive price. It will allow you to move the network backbone from 1G to 2.5G without having to replace all the equipment.

DC power supply, can be mounted in a 10" / 19" rack

The switch is designed to be powered by an external power supply, you will find a DC socket on the front of the housing. The set includes a 24 V DC / 1.5 A power supply, but the device has a very wide range of supported voltage: from 18 to 57 V DC. The maximum power consumption is 34 W.

CRS310-8G+2S+IN has a small desktop casing, the set includes 2 sets of rack ears enabling installation in a 10" or 19" rack. By purchasing the optional RMK-2/10 mounting bracket, you can mount two devices of this type on one level (1U) of a 19" rack cabinet.
