Description

Opton ZK-PP450 is a cable reserve rack with adjustable width. The minimum width is 25 and the maximum is 45 cm. In the frame you will find 6 screw holes with which you can adjust the width. The distance between the holes is 2 cm. In addition, the product is equipped with a universal holder for a fiber optic box. The screws used to assemble the box are located on the guides, thanks to which the minimum spacing is 7 and the maximum is 21 cm. The distance between the handles can also be adjusted using the guides, the minimum distance is 13 and the maximum is 26.5 cm. The frame is adapted for pole mounting with a steel tape or a metal clamp. It is made of UV-resistant plastic.

Width adjustment 25 - 45 cm

The offered product allows you to adjust the width in the range of 25 - 45 cm. Thanks to this function, you can adjust the size of the frame to the type of cable used so as to maintain the appropriate bending radius.

The adjustment is made in a very simple way, using the mounting holes (see photo). The distance between the individual holes is 2 cm.

Pole mounting

The frame is adapted for pole mounting with the use of a steel tape or, alternatively, a metal clamp. The tape should be led through the specially prepared holes, which you can see in the picture. The opening width is 25 mm, so you can use either 10 or 19 mm tape. The product is made of UV-resistant plastic.

Adjustable box holder

The set includes an adjustable holder for mounting the fiber optic box. The screws are located on the guides that allow you to adjust the spacing, the minimum is 7 cm and the maximum is 21 cm. Thanks to this, you can adjust the handle to boxes from different manufacturers. In addition, the screw with which you mount the holder on the frame is also adjustable in the range of 14 cm.

Adjustable distance between the handles

You can also adjust the distance between the upper and lower handles, which further extends the possibilities of the offered product. The minimum distance between the lower and upper handles can be 13 cm and the maximum 26.5 cm.
