5G + LTE Cat. 20 Modem

The device features a built-in 5G modem that supports both SA and NSA modes. The maximum theoretical mobile transmission throughput is 4.2 / 5 Gb/s (SA / NSA) for downloads and 900 / 650 Mb/s (SA / NSA) for uploads. It is backward compatible with LTE Cat. 20 and 3G Cat. R8. The maximum theoretical LTE connection throughput is 2 Gb/s for downloads and 200 Mb/s for uploads.

The offered product includes one microSIM slot and also supports eSIM. The eSIM functionality allows you to use MikroTik’s mobile data package without the need for a physical SIM card. More information can be found on the manufacturer’s website.

16 dBi Antenna

The ATL 5G R16 is equipped with an integrated directional antenna with a gain of 16 dBi. The antenna is directly connected to the radio module, eliminating signal loss typically caused by pigtails. Due to its high gain, the device is well-suited for use in remote locations far from base stations where signal coverage is limited.

Outdoor Use

The enclosure is fully designed for outdoor use and features an IP66 protection rating. Additionally, the device is completely sealed, preventing snow from accumulating directly on the antenna dish during winter, which helps avoid additional interference. With the accessories included in the package, the ATL 5G R16 can be mounted on a pole.

Dual-Core Processor, 1G Ethernet Port, PoE Power Supply

The MikroTik ATL 5G R16 features a powerful dual-core ARM processor clocked at 800 MHz and 512 MB of RAM, ensuring efficient performance even under heavy loads. The device is equipped with a single Gigabit Ethernet port (10/100/1000 Mb/s), which also functions as the PoE power input. Thanks to PoE support, only one Ethernet cable is needed to connect the ATL—eliminating the need for a separate power cable. The input voltage range is 12–56 V DC, and the maximum power consumption is 10 W. The package includes a power supply and a compatible PoE injector.
