EP4440 is EPON OLT terminal equipped with 4 Gigabit Ethernet ports, 4 slots for SFP inserts (for uplink), 4 PON slots (downlink) and management ports. The device is enclosed in a 1U Rack 19 "and can support a maximum of 256 client terminals by a split of 1:64. The maximum data transmission range is 20 km, and the EPON port capacity is 1.25 Gb /s.

The product offers many management functions. Allows the monitoring and configuration of ports, as well as the authentication of theconnected client terminals. Each of the client terminal can be remotely managed and configured.

The advantage of the offered product is small size and low price, as well as the low power consumption - just 30 W. It is well-suited for FTTx solutions, especially FTTH. A useful feature is the different type of uplink ports.
