The TP-Link XC200-G3v is a client ONT terminal designed for use in GPON or EPON networks. It enables simultaneous WiFi transmission in both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, according to IEEE 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 GHz) and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac (5 GHz) standards. The maximum theoretical wireless transmission speed is 1200 Mb/s (867 Mb/s on the 5 GHz band and 300 Mb/s on the 2.4 GHz band).
The offered product is equipped with 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s), 1 SC/APC port (XPON), and 1 RJ11 telephone port. This allows it to provide triple play services, including high-speed internet, VoIP telephony, and IPTV. The device supports OMCI and also supports the TR-069 protocol for automatic provisioning. An additional advantage is its support for EasyMesh and TP-Link OneMesh. These standards make it easy to extend the customer's WiFi network by adding additional access points or routers without the need to replace the XPON terminal.
Wi-Fi 5 AC1200
The device can transmit a wireless network simultaneously in the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, according to the Wi-Fi 5 standard. It supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac protocols in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical Wi-Fi speed is 1200 Mb/s—300 Mb/s on the 2.4 GHz band and 867 Mb/s on the 5 GHz band. This speed is more than sufficient for browsing the internet and using online resources.
Compatible with GPON and EPON
The terminal stands out for its versatility, as it can be used in both GPON and EPON networks. The maximum PON throughput depends on the standard: 2.5/1.25 Gb/s (download/upload) for GPON or 1.25/1.25 Gb/s for EPON. The XC220-G3v is an excellent solution if you currently have an EPON network but plan to switch to GPON in the future. This way, during the upgrade, you won’t need to replace the terminals for your subscribers.
4 gigabit Ethernet ports, SC/APC port
The XC220-G3v features 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mb/s), allowing subscribers to connect their essential devices at home via wired connections. The 1 Gb/s throughput enables you to offer customers high-speed internet packages. The WAN is provided through an SC/APC port with a standard Class B+ / PX20+ laser.
VoIP, RJ11 (FXS) port
The offered product supports VoIP, allowing up to 8 SIP accounts to be assigned and providing basic call-related functions. This enables you to offer your customers triple play services, including internet, television, and telephony.
An additional advantage is the use of an RJ11 (FXS) port, which allows an analog phone to be connected to the VoIP service. This means you don’t have to require the subscriber to change their existing phone; they can simply connect it to the ONT terminal.OMCI / TR-069 remote management
The TP-Link XC220-G3v supports OMCI and TR-069 protocols. OMCI enables remote management directly from the OLT terminal, while TR-069 allows connection to an external ACS server and facilitates auto-provisioning. This dual support ensures flexible and efficient device management for service providers.
Using one of these methods, you can easily gain remote access to the ONT terminal for activation and configuration.
