ShinewayTech palmOTDR P31C is an optical reflectometer designed for passive optical networks (PON), it works with the 1310/1550/1625 nm bands. The dynamic power range is 38/37/37 dB, the built-in memory allows you to store 1000 measurements. The device allows you to locate errors, measure losses and reflections, detect splices, bends, ends of optical fibers and fiber length. The reflectometer is small, weighs only 1 kg and can be easily operated with one hand. The user interface is easy to use, the test results are displayed graphically. The device has a USB port for communication. Measurement files are saved in Bellcore (* .sor) format.

The offered product also has a laser light source and an interface for connecting an optional MCI100 module (the module is used to check the condition of dirt and ferrule cracks). The TraceManager program is also available for users to analyze and edit measurement files. It is possible to generate and print complete tests. User interface in English.

The reflectometer has been designed for use in passive fiber optic networks (PON) and belongs to the PONmate product family. It has the functionality of the PON optical power meter, it is equipped with a filter that allows you to test the active line. Testing via splitter is possible.
