The MA5800-X17 is a Huawei OLT terminal compatible with GPON / XGPON network. The housing is adapted to the Rack 21 "standard, has a height of 11U and can accommodate a total of 17 service boards. Huaweia's new OLT series supports 8 times more MAC and ARP addresses than the popular MA5683T models. The total switching capacity is up to 7 Tb / s, the maximum throughput per one service slot is 200 Gb / s using the H901MPLB control board or 100 Gb / s using the H901MPLA control board The offered product is also compatible with 16-port GPON boards (2.5 Gb / s), offers many possibilities of network expansion.

The terminal has a modern eOTDR function - it allows to use optical modules with a built-in PON reflectometer with a maximum split of 1:64. It also supports the DOCSIS 3.1 standard.
