The Huawei EG8147X6-10 is a client terminal ONT designed for GPON networks. It allows for wireless network transmission in Wi-Fi 6 standard, in both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands simultaneously. The EG8147X6-10 is a client terminal (ONT/ONU) designed for use in GPON networks. It is equipped with an SC/APC optical connector with a B+ class laser. The minimum received power (sensitivity) is -27 dBm, and the transmission is conducted using wavelengths of 1310 nm (upstream) and 1490 nm (downstream).
Wi-Fi 6 AX3000
The device allows for wireless network transmission in both 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. It supports the Wi-Fi 6 standard, including IEEE 802.11 b/g/n/ax protocols in the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac/ax protocols in the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical transmission throughput is 574 Mbps in the 2.4 GHz band and 2402 Mbps in the 5 GHz band.
The transmission is handled by two external omnidirectional antennas, each with a gain of 5 dBi. Combined with Beamforming technology, it ensures a good connection range, even in challenging conditions.
1 RF (CATV) port
The terminal is designed for networks utilizing CATV technology. The RF port allows for the direct connection of the subscriber's television to the device, without the need for any additional decoders.
The use of an ONT with an RF port reduces the number of devices required at the customer's premises. The integrated port eliminates the need for external devices to separate the GPON signal from the CATV signal.
4 gigabit Ethernet ports, POTS port, USB port
The offered product features 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps), which can be utilized as LAN ports. The RJ11 port (POTS) allows for connecting a telephone and providing VoIP services to subscribers.
An additional advantage is the inclusion of a USB 2.0 port. Subscribers can use it to create an FTP network drive or a SAMBA file-sharing server.
